Use that address for any of the following:
- Questions about the tools. If something in the rent vs buy calculator or our other calculators is confusing, or you are unsure how an assumption flows into the result, ask us. It often points to something we can explain better.
- Corrections. Spotted a number, formula, or statement that looks wrong or out of date? Tell us what you saw and where, and we will look into it.
- Partnership and press. For media inquiries, data or methodology questions from journalists, or partnership proposals, email us with a short summary of what you have in mind.
Please do not include sensitive personal or financial details such as full account numbers or government identifiers. We do not need them to answer a question, and email is not a secure channel for that kind of information.
Response time
We read every message we receive. RentBuyPlanner is a small operation, so we reply by hand rather than with automated tickets. A typical reply takes a few business days, and longer around weekends and holidays.
If your question is general — how a calculator works, what an assumption means, or how we arrive at a result — you may find the answer faster in our methodology, our rent vs buy guide, or the glossary. Those are written to stand on their own.
Corrections
Accuracy matters to us, especially because these pages deal with money decisions. If you believe something is incorrect, send the page link, the specific text or figure in question, and what you think it should say. We investigate every credible correction, fix what needs fixing, and update the "last updated" date on the page so the change is visible.

Privacy
When you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to write. We use that information only to read, understand, and respond to your message, and to keep a record of corrections and support requests. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
